She has quite a nice look, but if you were trying for something realistic you are way out still. It is mainly the nose that needs more work - it is too sharp at the moment.
All the best. :)

Your link doesn't work for me... Do you have a different location for the image? Thanks. Just like to see your work~ ;)

I am going to bomb you with critiques and hope it encourages you
First, it's hard to see the face because you didn't show side view.
I have no way to know if it's realistic.
Second, where are the ears? Where is your main focus area? Are you doing the whole head or you just want to show face?
Since this your first model I will suggest you try modeling everything. It will help you a lot.
Third, The eye brows are far from being realistic. It will really help if you can get fasion magazine for female reference.
Yes. I know this is your first model. That's why I see the
potential in you to improve and be better. Hope I will see you
actively involve in the 3d community in the future~~
Your first model is way much better than my first one. I did a anime girl and that was a horrible thing :p

Well, for all the critics, really thanks, i hope you are right and i may have a good start whit this girl
And, i agree whit you that eyebrows sucks, but i think i cant do any thing better with this mouse, i need a wacom or whatever that they call.
She has ears, in fact, its all her face and head, here is the wire.

u might try modeling the eyes instead of mapping them. slim is nice but fleshy may be nicer. keep up the hard work though your on the right track.
