View Full Version : vertex constraint question in 3DS Max

I'm trying to find out is it possible to create a constraint for a vertext on a spline that controlls its position in world space. I know in Maya you can create a point constraint and assign vertex of a mesh to it, but I can't seem to find that in Max. How would I achieve the same effect. Please help. I'm not sure whether this belongs to animation or modeling.

Easiest way would be using a LinkedXform on the selected knot of the spline(be sure not to leave sub-object mode or it's selection)with a point helper.
