I finally decide to enter in this war, this is my first here and I hope I'll have time to finish it.

Well I don't have any serious concept for the moment, I`m planing to make an abomination, some thing very organic.

since I know that my ideas will change, so I started to play around in zbrush for not losing time.

here`s my very first wip

Hey mate nice sculpting, he looks a bit like the hulk abomination hehe

Why dont you try and mix things up a little, try and move way from the humanoid shape and classic demon stuff, youve got the sculpting skills so just go for some of the more crazy creative stuff ^^

impressive Zbrush skills! I'd suggest starting with some drawings and get your concept nailed down before hitting Zbrush though or you might regret it by the end (speaking from experience here). I agree that this abomination looks straight out of the recent Hulk movie - I liked the design of that character but it didn't surprise me in any way. It was exactly the abomination I expected to see. I want wierd and crazy surprises!

Intervain, thank you so much, of course it looks like him, I've refer a lot from in the first, but it's just for starting, it will be completely changed in future.

molynext thanks a lot for your comment, I really appreciate your help, but don't worry, zbrush is like my pen for me, I can change my idea at anytime I want (speaking from zbrush experience here ;) )

Hello again, finally I had time for my character ..... or creature :d

it was time for me to immigrate him to hell so I wanted to give him some special and unique skin, let me know what do you think, I'm still detailing his torso.

Ah yes I forget to say that if you are wondering what is this thing in his back, well its some kind of snake/creature, I`m still thinking how it will looks like

would you pls give me some idea on how you did that veins and torn skin effect.. was that skin extracted out of that underlying mesh and those veins masked and inflated? i am not able to figure out that torn skin feel.. really awesome! pls pls tell me, i would love to know it.. :) Great Going!

namnocilis thanks dude, well its bit tricky, I make those vein with Elastic brush +brush mod + layer and morph, hard to explain it here, I need to make video tutorial for that :)

Good stuff there ! Nice work man !

I liked more the idea with the worm/snake twisted on the .. hum.. thing :D
The snake thing looks too heavy in the front and according to the feet position your character would fall or at least it would be painful for him to walk and stay equilibrated because of the beast weight ... just an idea :)
I hope you won't keep the worm in front of the abomination face

NH yes sure, but as you can see I didn't add those spike in his feet or even in his arms for decoration, they used to be fixed in ground or even in walls, dont worry about the snake it will be around him of course, I just need this position to work quietly on it :D , btw thank you so much for you comment and advise Nabil ;)

well I`m modeling his weapon now... well its kinda a big sword or something like that which has 3 handles, two in the end and one in middle, thanks in advance for your comments.

Wow. salam my brother.
Awesome weapon man! But there is something that I really don't like about your character my friend. Under the feet I can see the thorn that looks like women's shoe. May be you can try to add another one or add some other details to change the view.

ario, walikom salam brother, thanks a lot for your comment and suggestion, about the thorn under his feet, it is supposed to be like women's shoes, because I find it very original idea for me and even it will be really useful in his latest position ;)

I`m finally done with sculpting, I know I`m very late and I`m not even sure that I will finish the project in the right time, but to tell the truth, I`m really happy I could develop some new techniques in sculpting which I could go crazy in details :bounce: ... it is already enough for me :)

Very nice!!...I dig!!...kinda reminds me of Spawn...but it could easily pass as his other brother from another mother kinda thing...HAHA...superb detail work overall...looking forward to seeing more!...

I come to finish with lowpoly " well it wasn't really fun for me to bake all those details in 2k map and 10 k poy :blush: " please let me know what you guess about that

Awesome bake to the low-res!...ya working on the colour map now?...very cool proportions also!...what was not fun about baking from the high detail? should be a fairly easy process...well whatever ya did it has come out very good!...

Many thanks for your comment johnwoo, well it was not fan because those details cost almost 9 million poly so the model was separated into many subtool "without forgetting that zmapper doesnt work with subtool" and even 3ds max or maya cant handle such big amount of poly... well I end up by using xnormal, it is really great freeware :)

well I`m working now in textures, I did some different quick poses in Zbrush, and euhh... it's getting hard for me to choose the best one "cos they look all cool for me", thats why I need your opinion dear mates on that, it will be really helpful for me and I appreciate that.

Note: the poses was done in Zbrush, so there is no normal map or some kinda high res, it is just 10k low poly with ambient occlusion map for preview, .

for his design, I think the only one that makes sense is 3 (I think judges will think about this stuff...), but for the coolest I might go with 2 and 5.

Real nice work!!...I dig the idea for the spikes on his heels and how he uses them to defy gravity...genius! it works very well for the pose ya went for...looking real good!...

For the beauty shot I couldnt choose the best one for me, cos I didnt want to regret so I have put as many position as in one image. let me knows please if its good or not.

by the way, I`m wondering about my presentation image with pillar, they say that I must view full front and full back, I could just view full front, but full back...I could show just the back of snake, but the character .... do I have change that ? your help will be very appreciated, thanks a lot mate
