UPDATE! 26/03/09

Hi everyone! i'm taking my place here.
I'll be doing a demon lord or a cyborg...not sure yet.
I've been doing some fast drawing looking for a nice concept that can keeps me motivated. Well, here they are.

Ok, so i'll continue to work taking some of them a step further.
good luck everyone!

12,13,15 would be cool

7 and 8 looks good for demon lord, when imagining them 3-4 times higher than a human.
but 7 is perfect for an abomination also imo.

Hi again! there's lots of good entries! I hope i'll finish with something half as good.
So, here's what I finally decided. I'm making a demon lord, he's nameless right now, and his past is a mistery, but we'll know more about him later ...:curious:...anyhow, here's what i've decided.

It's still very rough but i'll work harder from now on. He's weapon was just to made him hold something so i haven't figured that out, and i'm not pretty sure about his tale either...we'll see.
I'm a big fan of silent hill's creatures design so i really want to try to make something kind of sordid.

Good luck everyone and keep up the good work!

Hi everybody. Mayor update today since i been working and trying lot's of stuff.
I didn't read the rules carefully :D and iI've found that i was going for an abomination, so i'm keeping this last one for my entry.

I have a story for my character but my english sucks, so i think i'll post it later. The story will explain some stuff about his look.

the story so far
So, i have to explain the two heads. This guy was a norm centuries ago and the head on his back was a demon lady...very sexy at the time. She felt madly in love with him in battle and later she followed him.
Disguised as Olga Kurylenko she tried to seduce him but he rejected her. This big man in fact was a family guy and the son of the king of qwerty, a f... great kingdom.
The demon lady went completly insane since he had prefered his family (a wife and lots of kids) so she promissed him that she would get her revange.
One night, while he was sleeping the demon entered into his bedroom and got into his body. He couln't do anything to avoid it. He slaughtered first his wife and kids and then all his clan in the legendary battle of three days...he killed all the qwerty's 2000 men.
Since then the demon girl controls him, getting stronger and stronger because of his hate and pain and her love and thirst for vengeance.

I got the inspiration for the demon head from the hannya character used in Noh theatre to represent the jealous and vengeful women turned into demon.

A lot of stuff has to be tested but i'll try once the first zbrush pass begins.
C&C are welcome.
keep up the good work!!!

wow, the last concept is cool, the story is deep and thoughtful. I like it so far. the only point is the sword. It looks rather common and like a too much used design for a sword.
I would prefer something like this spears. That would have more power in it, and I can better imagine him slaughter his family with such a massive weapon (not that I support slaughter, I am a very peaceful man :)). Just my 2 cents.

so long

i agree with you. I'll work more on that but i think i'll keep a sword even if it's not that one... anyhow i 'll be changing lot's of stuff, that's for sure.
thanks for the advice mate.
cool spears by the way

I like the hannya inspired character very much and the story as well. The Silent hill inspiration is definetly there too. I wonder how you're gonna show both sides of the character, so that you make the most out of the story.
Best of luck.
