Well I've been tinkering the heck out of these weightmaps, and I'm sorta getting what I want but I can't figure out how to map the vertices near where his torso meets his shoulder. I can't figure out how to get it to look right.
Here's my LWO and LWS files, if you could look at em that would be great.
I'll also post my FBX file for those of you with Motionbuilder, so you can see how it deforms.
