So here's my first work.This is my firs time in DW. I decided to go with a norm warlord concept. I only did some rough ideas for this. Basic anatomy, face and armor. hope to here from everyone around with crits and comments.

I like what you've going on with the glove/hand on the right of the anatomic study. I think some interesting stuff could come up if you explored this way a bit more.
On the opposite the armor concept feels quite basic and, while probably quite protective, lacks what it takes to make it a true "heroic piece of equipment" :)

Thanks a lot for the ideas you have given. Actually The armor concept was the first thumb I did. I spent more time on the other two. As you said I do have to spand more time with the armor itself before I can settle on a final look. Thank you for your contribution & all the best for your work as well.
