Thanks all , actually your words were extremely helpful
But for the advice for buying Gnomonworkshop I found out that most of there DVDs are for Maya and i use max,
About lynda i got character animation and rigging is it enough from there? and i think about animators survival kit
Is it any other suggestions?

If your using Max you could look into Model, Rig, Animate with 3ds max 7 (http://www.amazon.com/Model-Rig-Animate-3ds-max/dp/0321321782/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1237365881&sr=1-2) by Michele Bousquet. It's more of a beginners book but a good place to start. I bought it when I wanted to learn some Max after using Maya for several years and found it really helpful.
