View Full Version : Using Production Shaders with IFL or avi

We have been testing the production shaders (for use with image backgrounds) and they work quite well.
Following ZAP's tutorials/examples have helped a lot (Thanks ZAP).

We were already to render and realized the background camera map (mi) did not render anything but the first frame of the IFL. We created an avi as an alternative and it did the same thing, only render the first frame.

While we can composite the images over the video, we were hoping to try doing it all in max.

Any ideas?

We figured it out.....

There are multiple ways to get IFL's (Image file list) into the the camera background slots.
We had mistakenly used the "browse" method instead of using the "button" method.

Guess it's still not idiot proof....
