here is an update with a rotation and a little animation to show the IK rig with muscle deformations

Whello, nice character.

It's one of those models you would love to see move. As I can see in your animation you've started that a bit allready. It does look a bit odd when his backmuscle comes out like that and the movement still make the flesh a bit rubbery like, but I'm sure soon you will impress us with some kick ass animation taking it further.

Thats a very creative piece of work, nice character:) Great job following your reference/concept drawings too, they look spot on.
My only crit is that the belt buckles going up across his cheast and around his waist look to rounded on their edges. The drawing makes it look more like those plastic clip things we see so often on backpacks/belts/climbers utilities (and look cool too). I'd cut on a few more edges just to get that same look on your modeled parts, I think it would make it look better. but hey this is nitpicking about preferences.

Model is really cool, look forward to the textured version!
