I really like the values, the moon and the mist. You've done good job to make it look like what it should look like. :)
But there's one thing that's a bit distracting - there's nothing for the eye to concentrate on. It needs a a lot more detail and something that's interesting to look at and study.
You probably should think more about the composition and the reason for anyone to look at a painting. What is the picture all about? It's a mountain landscape - but what makes it so interesting to look at? It could be a nice background for some characters but when there's no chacarter a simple landscape needs something more to attract the viewer. You need to have a purpose for a landscape.. a lovely mountain stream gleaming under the moon perhaps. Just something that keeps our interest there and tells us more about what has happened to the area just a second ago and what will happen there a few seconds later.
