Is it possible to simulate rigid body dynamics in LW 7.5 without plugins?

You can use FX_motion which bounces ok and such, but is crap at rotation, or motion designer with some extreme setting so that the object don't deform that much.

A little tip would be to search this forum and see what else has been posted about this before.

Most of LightWave consists of plugins that have been appended to the main application, so don't rule out the plugin approach. If it's a financial thing, that's understandable, but plugins account for the majority of effects we have in LW.

What type of simulation are you trying to create?
