View Full Version : Soda animation techniques needed

01 January 2009, 03:49 AM
I want to create very realistic soda using particle effects.

I've tried to do some simulations and texturing but they all look like crap.

It needs the extra little bubbles while pouring, etc.

I want to make extra shapes out of the particles, splash them together to create interesting color combonations, etc.

You know how soda (or any carbonated beverage) looks like when it's coming out of a fountain at a restaurant, etc.? That's how I want it to look but I'm not even sure where to start to make something look like that.

Water? Easy. Fire? Easy. Soda? Not so much.

Any thoughts?
