used hardware: cpu 1GHz Duron, 512RAM, Ati Radeon 9000/64MB
used software: 3Ds MAX 5, (plugin Druid - Grass O matic), Photoshop

man it would look so cool if it was all grubby and have mud all over it ... if u ever found an old transformer in the garden u would know what i mean :applause:
Jak uz jsem psal na 3dgrafice...je to opravdu moc pekny. Necekal jsem to takove hezke .o). Hodne stesti v dalsich projektech .o).

Your modelling is OK, but I can't say the same about your compositing. I mean, the title is "lost toy", right? Well, it doesn't look like one! You should probably cover it in mud as Rotamus sais. Also, the butterfly doesnt have the right feel to it. At this height, it's probably just sitting on one spot, that would be nicer to show. Also, the lighting is not suitable for an outdoor scene. It should be harder, not soft shadows and everything. When I saw the title, I was thinking something like a lost toy, a dark scene under the bed, with a streak of light. faintly lighting up a toy, forgotten there for some time. Try to add some sentiment to the toy. I mean, as kids, we played with our toys, making them sad, happy, drinking tea or anything. I think a lost toy, would be a sad one as well.

man that little dude is so cute. Great work. The depth focus really makes it come alive.
