I am very new at lightwave... I am trying to get a result something like the sample i attched... How can i do it? I tried hundered times but no sucess... Can someone help me about it?

If you're new to LightWave, NewTek has a great and unique resource of video training on there site that I would highly recommend:
As for lighting that way, if you create a half dome object with the verticies facing in ward, you can set the luminousity up on that and use it as your light source (make sure you have a flat poly for your ground plane). Turn on global illumination in the Render Globals panel and that should give you a good start.

Thank you. I'm downloading all videos also watching at the same time.. Very useful.

But is there anything else i need to know about dome light? It looks very dark.

the fastest way to make this lighting is to set your BACKDROP COLOR to WHITE and activate GI (backdrop only (faster) or FG / MC); that's all

For more control and more accurate shading you might want to try SG_AmbOcc node ( too. Render is faster than Backdrop, but Backdrop is only faster when we enable Interpolated. In that case, you'll need to increase GI intensity for similar results to your reference.
