That is one gorgeous image although I think you duplicated that wall creeper just a tad too much.
and I can't help wondering if that big orange building would be better left in the beige shade of the walls below it. It seems to be competeing a bit much and the composition doesn't need it.
Regardless, IT IS AWESOME!!!

Thanks Giant for the comments, I agree now that you mention it. I hate doing those types of plants... they take up so much time to make. This was the first painting I did in this style. It is a learning process and these comment help me understand what people are looking at!

Great work there .. Especially the feeling of the image is really nice
Only think I would criticise, is the person on the boat, he doesn`t look realistic, ... it`s a doll, not a human.

you should read my bottom post on my other thread Melody Ranch (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=71258)
Explains about the humans in the pic...
I like it, Its like a Venice theme park ride. I've been to the real Venice and the water definitely didn't look like that (McDonalds rappers instead of flowers).

Yeah when doing research on the real Venice, I heard stories from frienda who told me that they use the cannal as a toilet... I always wanted to go but after hearing so many stories about how smelly it is... I kinda lost interest. Vegas version is much better if you want that Theme look without the cost.
