I have watched Andy's Le Man's exp. DVD. While his own performance is electrifying, I am not fully sure how to apply it on much more complicated models, such as this one:
It is a Lotus Elite 1962. Not one of the most complicated cars you can think of, but has much more fine details compared to that C9. I am not a newbie when it comes to 3D. But I have always worked on rich ambience and simple models. So I am new to complex technical modeling such as this. And I want to do it high-poly.
I tried box modeling this one, also tried patching, but not quite sure of the workflow for the complex regions so after working a while, I am kinda losing track and getting stalled.
You guys who have a lot of experience in technical modeling please suggest me a good workflow for this baby. I usually fancy classic models that have barrel shapes behind the headlights, not the flat bonet cars that we mostly see nowadays.
