Ok... here is what i have been working on.

ouch four arms? it`s gonna be hard to ring! the prportions are good, now you can go on details(faces and alittle more definition in muscles)

You should really really put his arms toward the bottom... I mean reverse them...
I don't even know how you could bend them like this...

But I really think you should make the four shoulders a little more apart.
They´re too close, he couldn´t bend them easily...

Aside from past comments, his abs perhaps could be tweeked a bit more, (have 'em change size from one to another, and maybe a little thinner ?!? ) Also you could probably add some more folds in the pants around the knees. What else are you going to add ? (more clothes, pirate themed stuff)

it's coming along great bud, love the chrome, but make the belt a bit thicker and give the buckle a lil bit more flare.

Small update - big pictures:
Yes... i have been working on a hat, fixed the arms wich Lildragon mentioned. And i also added some detail bump to the buckle. :)
