I love this character, but I had some problems animating his legs/lower half. The knees are not in the proper position (too high), so the bottom half of this guy seems a bit off. This is still a WIP, but its always good to get feedback from others, and get some fresh eyes on it. Please let me know whats good/bad about this walk cycle. Thanks!

Looks good...You might wanna tune down the hands and feet rotation to make it more real.

Nice cycle! I like it.

It seems like his right foot doesn't have a linear key when the feet is translating in Z axis, you might want to look into that. You might also want to add a subtle overlapping on his left shoulder pad too but other than that I think you nailed this cycle really well, it has a nice smooth feeling to it. :)
