Looks fine for the texture, could we have more infos about the model (clear wireframe, polycount, textures' resolution...)

Opss, yes....
two textures (head and body) by 256X256 pix
head - 850 faces
body - 250 faces

Hi VoV,

It seems very strange to me that you jus have that polycount. Because when i look at your model (wireframe render) I can't help thinking you have 10 times more faces. The mesh of your face seems to be very dense.

Are you sure of your polycount ?

Anyway that's a great job i like it !

Hey looks good, poly count looks right to me, but is there a lower body? Now you should animate him for quake so people can blow him up.

hey hey..pretty good but his back is a bit screwy though. From the front he looks great but it seems like either his back is just lacking in dimension or his head and neck are way too far back. Easy tweaks that make a big difference. Let's see a profile of JFK.

I've taken your image and added a few lines to make myself clear.
I've also pushed his arms back a bit to make them appear thicker so he's got a larger back and chest.
