Is there more of a background? I think shadows could ground the character and some of the objects into the scene better. Your drawing style seems very timid, like you are very afraid of making mistakes. Try doing some loose drawings where you hold the pencil at the back, by the eraser-maybe even some where you don't look at the paper :). If you are a beginner, and you have enough guts to post here, then just DRAW ALL THE TIME. Don't stop!

Take a look at some books about Davinci, Michelangelo, William Blake, Frank Frazette and study their way of how they achieve anatomy of the muscles and bodyforms and their proportions...copy their drawings by hand with a pencil...and try to sketch real life human poses, take some drawing classes that do nude model sketching
