Credits for LucasArts for sound fx from Indiana Jones and the Emperor`s Tomb. The music background is from Conan - The Barbarian (I don`t remember the author).

Ok, let`s start with the story.

The batlle of Leibst castle is about to end. Hostile troops are everywere. Duke Ghunter von Leibst prays in great hall waiting for his opponent. The treaty baron von Shimmer have attacked his lands this morning. After two years of "vendetta".
Suddenly, the door is open with a slam, and von Shimmer walks in with a sword in his hand... The final fight of two noble knights begins. Two men, who once to be friends....

I want it to be based on the real medieval fighting styles from medieval manuscripts...

Yes, I will use model with two diffrent textures and armour details from my game project. I will post some pictures as soon as I finish texturing and rigging it.

But I guess your aiming at something more serious. The motion itself is nice. Though it would look nices if the sword had more weight, he's moving both arms at same speed now. Just a suggestion.
Btw are you going to use DOF at the final? Would be neat. Wouldn't take much more rendertime if you did it with a nice post DOF plugin like Frischluft's Lenscare for AFX ;)

This sword is based on my replica of XV century sword, and its weight is about 1kg. So nothing is wrong with that motion :D
I must tweak the door`s animation, though.

Another update. Half way through. I added some camera movements to find best angles for final edit...
Lot of bugs in motion, yet....

Very nice motion. The only thing I would crit with it at the moment is the lack of Emotion. It just seems to me that they're going through a choreographed sequence of movements rather than fighting to their deaths.

Can't wait to see the final product :thumbsup:

And here is a final animation. It is full of bugs and poor sound but I dont have time to tweak it more. I`m leaving for holiday trip today (I`m late already :D )and this is all I could create. At least something. So good luck everyone, and see you next month.
