In all video tutorials (Maya) people create hard edge with 2 edge loops and redraw a lot of geometry if a model's complicated. I sure do the same for a while, like they studied :cool:
But why they don't use bevel with 2 segments? It gives the same result and you don't have redraw geometry. I think it's good way for cars and alike hard surface. Edge loops are probably good for organic shapes?
