I am working in game production industry. Look at my page, please.
There are examples of character animation (15-250kb) and realtime modeling.

So if I'm correct, you worked on the game darkend sky.
The movemnets are good but as many game's a character has only one movemnet for each ability, like climbing, he/she has.
A character get's more live if he/She has more movemen's.
This is wha t I think can be doen better in those game's but the best will be if there is and interaction between character and enviroment.

Yes, i was working on "darkned sky". And i understand animation is not full of live.
When i was making Skye, i have strict technical and art :( corrections from programer team.
She is single personage, who moves on bones and has animation blend in game.
It was only first step of programers in bones engine :)
