View Full Version : FBIK.Rig Scales up joints

Hi all, I have this problem with mayas FBIK-Rig. When i have applied it to the skeleton and started animating it scales some of the joints on the hands. I have tested keying with autokey, s, alt+d and ctrl+f. but they always scales up or down the joints. I would really appreciate som help.

sorry for this stupid question, but do these bones have other scale values than 1 before you are applying the fbik?
we never encountered this problem.

Hi donwill,

Try to select any bones/joints and go to skeleton - full body IK - go to stance pose.
It should solve the scaling up joints. good luck. If it happens again, try the same method again.
