I,m creating a Lottery Machine Animation and i want to know that how do i create Air-Mix Ball Effect.

Please help me as soon as possible

Have you tried using Particles>Instancer(Replacement) to emit your lottery balls into a Sphere collision geometry? Just animate the emitter to emitter the number of balls you want then stop the emitter after it is done. You might want to put the life span of the particles to Live forever. Have a turbulence filed in the sphere with attenuation set to 0.

to make the balls bounce off one another try:
01. Create a field.
02. Then shift select the particles.
03. Feilds>use selected as source field. Select field in the channel box, turn on apply per vertex.
04. Adjust Max distance value.
