View Full Version : single imagemap texturing tips

I'm working on some lowpoly game stuff, (using chiliskinner and texporter in Max 4.1) And I have some questions:

Does anyone have tips on how to create transparency, translucency, and 'glows' within this method? so far i've been using one imagemap, doing all of the texturing in photoshop. I'm guessing that I'll have to make copies of my map (for location purposes) and then apply them in max as alpha maps, reflection maps, etc?
