this is my first work in a maya as an animator ,i have started with fighting action. so please tell me frequently my mistakes and give your expert comments on my work.

It lacks weight and balance, the timing is also off. If this is your first try in Maya as an animator I would definitely say you should start with something more simple, like a bouncing ball, then move up from there

Agree with Kyle here. Basic body mechanics are also missing, film yourself
doing the same moves and compare the difference. The bouncing ball is
a deceptively simple thing, but don't brush it off as being too basic.

you need to act it out record your self find the key poses an use those for timeing, also the feet are not adjusting to compensate for the weight also the knees are not moving. also need to get the hips in to it too. down load video of martial arts sutff watch them untell your eyes cant take it then animate , i take the video in after effects an trace the key poses render a move with key poses to show me when an where to put the poses. hope that helps
