You have No Time Limit for your sketch. IF you go beyond the assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has expired, along with the FINAL drawing.

Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.
RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600
They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.
Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.
The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.
Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.
The topics will be picked at random from the list on the TOPICS thread >>LINK<< (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php/?t=145003)
(The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming

close to two.
06 June 2008, 02:21 AM
Quick one, about 50 mins PS CS
06 June 2008, 10:45 AM
2 hr 20 minutes Photoshop
Not done at all, but i need sleep. Will finish tomorrow.
To Do. Redo the eye patch. It looks terrible. It's supposed to be all tech/sci fi. Maybe update the computers to have a hovering transparent glowing green keyboard and a scanner in the eyepatch that shows wifi signal.
Also, piratey accessories.
Got some amazing feedback and critique. I will change the underpainting color for the brown/orange to purple. since it matches. (can't believe i forgot that one) And I'm adding some frills to the tech theme.
Got some even more feedback. Right now, I found out that I didn't vary my tones enough in the buildup. Because of that, my face just has weird colors and the image is very flat. I'll get this eventually...'
Also, images were used for the display. Screencaps and keyboard layout. I'll would have to change it up and make my own if I can really call this one finished.
