Does anyone know of a tutorial or workflow for going from Modo to Maya for texturing?

I have been able to import the models in Maya using the "LXO2maya" plug-in but this did not have any texture information in it. I think this may be something simple like not having the image maps from modo in the right part of the Modo heirhierarchy, but I really don't know...

Also, is there a way to export all the layered images in modo into a single layered Photoshop file? I have only been able to save them out separately.

did you try exporting it out of modo with the fbx file format
