Shadow King (Working Title)
A 2D cooperative action/platformer in the Metroid-vania style targeted for the Xbox 360 and Windows. The goal is to create a viable entry for Microsoft’s Dream-Build-Play (DBP) contest: http://www.dreambuildplay.com/main/default.aspx. We are not looking to finish the entire game by the deadline (September), only to have a very polished demo level that will be representative of the final game.

Andrew (dairy-boy) – Game Design / Basic Game Engine / Networking
Character Sprite Artist – including character animations
This is a hobby project though if we win the DBP contest you will receive equal compensation for your work. If we don’t win the game will still be uploaded to Microsoft’s community games portal on xbox live and you will receive full credit for your work.
Basic game engine and editing tools are working using stand-in artwork.
Cast in a futuristic megalopolis, Shadow King places the players in roles of two castaways. One, a young female warrior, fights to right wrongs and win justice those who dwell in the alleys and gutters. The other, an assassin at the top of his game, is out for revenge. Together, these two will topple the galaxy's most ruthless kingpin -- the Shadow King...
