Im having a little trouble exporting a head model from 3ds max 9 to zbrush 3.1
now ive already unwrapped the model in max, it seems the only way to export it as an obj file and keep the coordinates in tact is if i export it using the triangle option rather than quads or polygon...
this is all well and good, but when i try to import it into zbrush and subdivide it, the mesh messes up and triangulates, it doesnt do this when i export it under the quads option in max.. but i need to export it as triangle becoz otherwise the uv's mess up..
any1 help with this? i need to know how to export from 3ds max with uvs and then import in zbrush, detail, and export back into max whilst still keeping my max uv's in check.
