View Full Version : Problem w/Ortho Cams

I've managed to screw up the orthogonal cams in a scene.
Whenever I set one using View>Default Home or View>Predefined Bookmarks>Right Side, the TransX and Center of Interest are set to 1400 instead of about 100.

Even when I create a new ortho cam, and set it to View>Default Home, the translations are set in the the thousands and I can't see anything in the scene. When I create an empty scene and import the objects from the scene I'm having trouble with, the ortho cameras in the new scene behave the same as the corrupted one.... What could cause the ortho cameras to be blown out?

I don't know how I managed to do it or how to fix it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just found a fix:
I had a camera parented to one of the eyes of my character. When I deleted this camera, the ortho cameras are behaving correctly. I tested this several times and it was definitely the problem. I create a new camera to fill that function and the problem has not returned so far...
Oh well.
