Excellent work! I liked both of your recent submissions. I debated which one to plug on the front page.
I had to go with this one simply because I liked the utopian feel of the tower and the bridge that seems to cross over into a more foreboding environment.
I hope that visitors take a look at your Red Moon (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62504) painting as well. It's a little more sketchy, but still ... fine fine stuff! :D

What? No signs or lights? No pigeons?
Something in the perspective through the window on the left seems off to me... And the sky by the rightmost-visible tower bothers me a little... The cloud there needs to be altered. It's too light and has a flare effect. If you break up that area with some blue sky, it'll contrast nicely with the very light masonry.
Beautiful job, khsbest!:applause:

05 May 2003, 07:19 PM
  :applause:  :D :airguitar :buttrock: WOW!!! Really amasing!! PS?
I only have one thing small thing to say about the shading...I think, that more of the wall on the left should be in the dark/shadow...
Otherwise.. Just "Rock on, Bubba"!!! :buttrock:

i think the top part of the castle needed some xtra effort .. like you put into the side wall on the left.. other than that i think it looks grand.

Very nice. What game is it for?
wow, another awesome art work from Korea. I am really amazed the fact that there are some many good looking game (at least the concepts we see here are great) but not many of them make it to US. I really hope to see more coming :)

Nice work, it does remind me a bit of Morrowind (as mentioned before) just replace the flying ship with a bug insect and the architecture wihth a little more organic objects.
Awesome work :buttrock:

really good pic there !!!
nearly slurp my screen !!!
i saw the red moon too, it s also beautiful !!
looking for more pic from you ^__^
05 May 2003, 09:19 AM
hmmm, i really love the pic, but it doesn't give me that futuristic feeling you said what it's intention is. It's more a sort of utopia with greek and babylonian styles mixed in it. As for the floating boat/ship, it looks like a vessel i saw somewhere before, i guess it kinda got the underwater-race feeling, like the car for a fish-men family :p.
No comments on the work though, amazing :applause: .
