Can an MDD deformed mesh emit particles that match the mdd deform?

I have a slithering snakelike monster and want to have it emit particles. The mesh was mdd deformed from XSI.

I am not sure what MDD is, but if you have it imported into max, and the mesh is animation, then PFlow should work fine. Just make sure you have Animated checked on the Position Object Operator.
