How would I setup a low or mid-poly face with clusters and have a highpoly take the changes?

I did something on a tutorial when using bones and it works fine but how do I do that with cluster information?

If you're using CPS or smooth proxy the hi rez should inherit any deformation made on the low rez mesh, blend shapes, clusters or whatever. Thats actually how I like to do blend shapes since its easy to work with the low rez base and get smooth deformations on the hi rez
