View Full Version : rigid bodies to change on contact

Hi everyone, I need help real bad...

I want my passive rigid body objects to translate or rotate or change to a new blendshape when touched by an active rigid body. How do I do this?

All I can find in the maya docs are "particle" collision events, but I don't think that's what I need here in this instance.

Can anyone help?

na you wanna use an if statement to see if the rigidBody collision count is greater than zero and maybe use another argument like frame number to adust the translate or whatever for your passive. Not sure how you would interpolate the animation though sorry.
