View Full Version : Setting weight on controllers in a position or rotation list

Hi all, I currently have a scene with a lot of bones which each have position and rotation list controllers on, containing PosXYZ and Position Constraints and also Euler XYZ and Orientation constraints. I'm currently trying to write a little script to set the weight of all constraints to 100 or to 0, but I'm having a spot of difficulty understanding the syntax form the maxscript help!

I currently have

obj.position.controller.position_list.weight: #(0 100) -- this sets weight of 1st controller in list to 0 and second to 100

However I think I must be totally mis understanding what I'm supposed to be doing!

If anyone can throw this maxscript newb a few suggestions I would be very grateful :)
