I have a character that have necles around his neck that is separate mesh, I would like to rig so I have some controls for animating...
Anyone have some idea what is best approch?

I have find out I can make with splineIK and than I can cnotrol CV but than IK handle move and joints alos, how can I pin down splineIkhandle?

put a cluster on each cv. constrain the clusters to locators, parent each locator to some handle to animate with. parent all the handles to a master handle so you can move all the small handles togather. make sure that the spline isn't parented to some joint in the root chain or else you will get double tranforms, should put the spline and the ik into its own group thats in world space.
