thanks for stopping by.
This is the concept i will use.
Here are some explanations what my concept is about:
It is based on the story from Greek mythology about Prometheus, who is the one who fashions man from inert clay, teaches them various arts and steals fire for them from Zeus..As a punishment for the theft Zeus has Prometheus chained to a rock where an eagle picks his liver day by day for eons (the liver grows back at night).
One could say that Prometheus uplifted mankind, so i try to combine Greek mythology with the Uplift Universe.
In David Brin's Uplift Universe there is speculation that humans did not gain intelligence by themselves (which is even called superstition by the Uplift Institute)but were uplifted by a unknown race and there are races that are not happy about mankind gaining patron status.
My story is that mankind sets out to find their patron race. The picture illustrates the moment when humans find their patrons. They have already been found by another race (most likely one of those hostile to mankind) and punished for uplifting mankind in a similar fashion as Prometheus was punished for bringing fire to mankind.
Thanks for looking, all comments are welcome

Great background story, really cool concept, but I think it needs more techno elements, that contrast will bring more attention to your main visual, something like that cartoon from the 80īs Ulysses 31. Good work!
