Here is a short animation I been working on. I want to make a new reel of work that is better than my old stuff and this was the first project I choose to do. This one will be the intro.
Let me know what you think. I am hoping its done, but am up for suggestions to improve it.

Hi there, there is still a lot you can do with this shot.
I think it's abit uni-tempoed, meaning it's lacking abit of beat in the movements. There is a lacking of some principles of animation such as overlaping and slow-outs. Try vary the timing of each action as well as each sections of the body.
When the character puts done the text and moves his right foot backward the left foot shouldn't be rotating at the same time, that is not possible.
When the text "3D" dropped on the character you used 7 frames to squash him at a even pace, you could try speed it up and using an accelerating pace instead and even shake the camera abit as it lands.

Thank you KC
I do not have formal training so this kind of advice is very valuable. I will work on these points today and try to post my progress tonight.

Well I got a few things done on it today.
I worked on the feet when the word frog drops. It doesnt go forward then slip back anymore. Now the step ends back out of the way from the word drop instead. I dont have the left foot rotating when his leg is going back now, the left foot stays stationary. Now the 3d word drops faster and there is camera shake and i popped up the frog word for a frame when the 3d drops.
I had a hard time editing the movement of the frog, i need to do it in an additive track in truespace instead of the way i was trying to do it in the curve editor today. I'll try to get it better tomorrow. So there is no changes in the walk or anything yet.
Here's the update:

I did some more work on it:
I'm gonna mess around with the frog in messiah now. I have him all rigged in it. I just got messiah so this should be fun :)
