(http://assets.cgsociety.org/nvart/1205061219/1024bound)As the polar Ice caps are melting a general interest in Antarctica has risen. Tourists are flocking to the region to view the wild life and environment as it is rapidly becoming extinct. The above structure is designed to be a tourist center, and marine wildlife museum, located in Antarctica.
The Architecture shown, aims to eliminate the barrier between man and the spectacular yet hostile environment of the South Pole. Through the use of transparent glass structure it is possible for the visitor to view a full 360 degrees, allowing them to become fully emersed in their surroundings. As the structure is semi submerged into the ice cap visitors can view and appreciate the marine life in its natural surroundings.
