The remnant inhabitants of post-civilized Earth fearing their anihalation with the threatening re-emergence of the machines, feel as a last resort they must resort to the unspeakable.

Through sacrificial rituals old pathways are re-opened.
The Lords of the Underworld are invoked and sent through a wormhole, re-born as warlords into a world of newly evolving machines.

Thats a neat necklace. Not much to crit, but looking good so far. And nice little story you got too.

The necklace is actually based on real necklaces that I have seen on sacrificial victims from under the Temple of Quetzalcoatl at Teotihuacan, Mexico.

I've been working on a full figure concept sheet. It should be finished soon. Here's a sneak preview of some changes I've made. I've added bone exo-skeletal body armour. I'm trying to keep it very organic (no metals or high-tech components)

High poly model completed. I'm now working on the low poly cage.

High Poly Artifact/Weapon (Fire/Lava) completed. Influenced by Meso-american civilisations that used knives crafted from obsidian (black volcanic glass) in sacrificial rituals (see the Toltec example). My weapon takes on the magical power of returning to it's pryer state once it is plunged into the enemy machines. Multen lava will flow into the enermy and melt them down.

(Of course this Lord of the Underworld still prefers to rip the machines to peices with his bare hands!)

wow your weapon design is fantatsic i want one of those for a steak knife haha. if you nail down the low poly really qucik youll make it on time great work so far dude.

Thanks Spider2544, I managed to get the weapon done in some spare time at work, but unfortunately had no electricity at home for the last 5 days due to a storm here and was unable to finish. I was really spitting chips! Maybe next time (Dominance 4).
