is there a way to open a rig made in maya unlimited, that uses the djrivet script, in maya complete. has something to do with the follicle node. i know you can't create hair in maya complete but i would think it could read a file with hair in it.
messiah was like that. someone with the pro version(like unlimited) could make a character with hair, another person could animate and render the hair in the workstation version(like complete). you just couldn't edit any of the hair stuff.
is this possible in maya?
