Joining this great war! Thinking about doing a female assassin character in the invoker class with a fire/lava artifact. Maybe like a female Shrike from Dan Simmons Hyperion. Since my drawing skills are pretty much non-existant I'll do some concept sculpting instead. Gonna make a female basemesh and post tomorrow. Good luck in the war everyone!

Some previous commitments and some goddamn procrastination has put me back a few days but I have found my inspiration again and now I'm going to get my head back in the game.

Made a female basemesh. Probably spent too much time on it but I wanted a nice general one I could use on other projects. All quads with focus on as much 3- and 5-pole reduction as possible.

Next up: Sculpting!

First sculpting pass on the body:

Since this is my first time doing female anatomy I'm taking it slow, checking lots of refs and focusing on proportions. Not going for complete realism, taking some influences from marvel style female proportions. I'm going to sculpt the whole body first and then add armor as separate meshes to hopefully get the silouette and proportions I want.
