great man ! it's alucard !! my fav castlevania game... the second is the 3rd one from gba...

great model, i cant wait to see it finished on a good pose...

Finally some feedback.... Thank you very much. It's my favorite game, too.
I do need some critiques, though I want to finish it up for my portofolio.

i think that you should add an alpha map to his hair

well agtg, u could change the cape color to red (the white part)

His hair does have an alpha, but the max viewport doesn't display it correctly. It doesn't sort them. It's quite bedeviling. As for the cape, the shader allows any color for either side. I'll try red.

Very cool. Alucard is defiantely a stud. Everything looks pretty good, the hair is definately the weakest part at the moment. One thing I noticed, and I may be a little too nitpicky, but there is a very small seam in the texture on the forehead. Also the philtrum (crease under nose and above lips) sticks out a little too much. Thats all the critique I have atm. If you could post up some wireframes so we can see your edgeflow.
