9k, shots are straight from the Maya Viewport, texturing isn't finished yet. Hope you like it, if not, he'll kick your arse! ;)

Skin shader maybe looks a bit weird (from maya viewport) but the modeling is gorgeous...

Heh nice reinterpretation of the guy! There's something about the length of the torso, looking a tad too long for this style. I guess it's the wrists ending at waist level that are doing it.

I really like the texture work! Mind showing your flats? And also your lighting setup? Great looking beauty shots you know...

I really like it, good execution, model/textures are cool and subtle
but I think that the proportion are not good enough,
my guess is that his head is too big, he looks small,
I think there is something to tweak between the size of head/chest/legs to make him huge.

edit: if you dont mind, I've done a quick tweak into photoshop, just tell me if you want to see it.

Your style of heavy looks fantastic. I wouldnt mind animating your character lol. I think he needs scares on his arms and his signature machine gun. Im curious as to how this will turn out. Are you gonna do more characters from TF2?

Good likeness to the actualy character. Well done, I'm not sure im a big fan of the sausage like arms he has going on but style is style.
