Hi everyone, this is rig test render in 3dsmax, internal scanline renderer.

The eyes need some sort of aim contraints/controllers if they don't already, it looks like her eyes aren't focused on anything and it's gives it a bit of a bizarre look. Not sure exactly how much facial animation you want to get done with this rig but there doesn't seem to be a ton of range. I suppose it all depends on what you want to do with this rig.

Animators are actors. Try sitting in front of a camcorder and record yourself repeating the dialogue. Get into character and try to get something along the lines of what you want your animation to do (timing and all).

Creating a reference movie like this can go a long way.
