Is there any way to specify the pixel height and width the camera will render out like in Si3d? I want to render my camera view at a pixel ratio of 1 but I need my render to be 3040 x 2016 pixels.

Go to: Render Options> "Format", set "Picture Standard" to "Custom" and type in any size you like.

Ah, I see, I had to turn off my "maintain picture ratio". I sure wish you could enter in the pixel height/width into your camera settings and have the viewport automatically adjust the "picture ratio" to fit that resolution like Si3D did. For now you have to set it up in the render settings first, get the "picture ratio" from that and plug that value into your camera settings to see the desired view in your viewport. Thanks for your help.

In the 'picture ratio' of your camera property page simply write '3040/2016'.
