Hello There,

I'm working on this character this is a personal project. and now I'm starting the rigging part.

I did the setup as a human spine more less and put and IK spline, but I'm not sure if this is better to use than just IK handle?. the animation is really basic. just the worm movement like compress and stretch, cartoonie. Is going to be more facil animation.

Does any body knows where can I find a similar type of rig. to get as reference. So far the bones just move on translation but now on rotation. and I'm not sure if thats correct or not.

I point contrainst the Clusters to my controllers. becuase the parenting didn't work to me.

Have an Ik/Fk stuff so u get both rotation and translation.

As simple as a worm?? I'd use a wire deformer and animating the cvs.. the less CVs the better to animate.

but what about for the face. the wire deform works?...

o that just for the body, and for the head put some joints?.

Wire deformer. Isn't that hard to control when animating so you don't move the cv's to far?

Why not use a spline ik so it maintains it's shape?
