View Full Version : Why IK splines are rotated 180 degrees one from another?

Hi, i have a problem. I'm trying to rig a magazine, and i've created one plane (like it is in a real life) and attached one joint chain to one side, and the other joint chain to another side. After that i placed an ik spline to both chains, weighted them, and when i rotate the right side, it's fine, but when i rotate left, in one point it starts twisting (due to it's local rotation of 180 degrees). I'll post pics, and it will be much more clarified! How can i solve this problem so it's not happening anymore?
Thanks in advance!
Please if anyone can help me and if this is not clear enough, fell free to ask more question!

Ok, i found what was the problem! I mirrored the joint chain to the other side, so that made problem when i was making ik spline. I just made new joint chain on place of the old one, and it works now.
